To purchase signed
copies of Goodbye, Jake for yourself or as a gesture of
compassion and support for a friend, child or adult, who has lost a
pet, there are
options:
*You can purchase signed copies and have
them mailed to yourself.
*You can purchase signed copies and have
them mailed directly to a gift
recipient. With this option, a note is included indicating that the
book is a gift from you.
Cost
The price is $7.95 per book. Shipping /handling for USA orders is
$2.25 for
one book via USPS first class. USPS Priority Mail is $4.95 for
1-4
books sent to the same address. For bulk order S/H rates (five or
more copies), contact the author. In all cases, you will
need to email to Bam the following information:
*the name and address of the
person to
whom the book/s will be given (if you are purchasing the book/s to
be shipped to yourself, use your address),
*the name and type of animal in
whose
memory the gift is being given, and
*your name as you
wish it to appear on the note.

Shipping
Once payment is confirmed,
your book/s will be shipped the next business day.
